After having a bad experience at a Nissan dealership in which I purchased 2 vehicles thru. This was a nice breath of fresh air. Everyone was very polite, and my salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall was a good buying experience!
Salesmen Levi was great in that he let me tell him what I wanted and wasn���t overbearing and pushy. Floor manager Matt was great to deal with and was very helpful and friendly. Highly disappointed in the fact I was told to be there at 9:30 am to sign and didn���t do so until noon. I was also the 2nd person there to go to finance but was taken behind another buyer who arrived there much after I did. Despite that buyer deciding to purchase before me, I was there prior to them arriving and first come, first serve would have been much appreciated..especially at the price point of my truck.
Overall the experience in the dealership was pretty good and we liked the nice dealership and the people there were nice, but I have to be honest when I say that the Suburban that I drove home in was not properly PDI'ed. Pre Delivery Inspected. The dealership knew for several days that I was coming to get it yet when I drove it home ( a 75 mile drive or so) I started down the road and a warning light popped up about the TPM system and the TPM system did not read any pressure in the tires. It was a bit scary driving home through the mountains in the snow with a warning light and me not knowing if there was proper inflation in the tires. This should have all been checked in my opinion. I got it home, ONSTAR did a diagnostic and they saw pressure in the tires but I could not on the TPM. ONSTAR told me there was also an ABS fault that I could not see in the warning cluster, so...I called their service dept and they said it is an easy fix, BUT I am far away, so I will have to take it in to local dealer who I already called, to help get this sorted. I am not really mad, but it did take some of the joy out of buying a very expensive highly optioned vehicle.
I feel bad, but I don���t remember the young ladies name at the service desk that was a huge help to me. She helped me down load the app ���my Buick���. She went over and above to help, I was able to use my points for my oil change and tire rotation that day. Very sweet brunette! Kim also is always so helpful and kind!
You are were GREAT!!!! Matt our sales men was ABSOLUTELY wonderful he wasn't pushy, he was helpful! He found me EXACTLY what truck I wanted!!! The timing in waiting for him to locate my truck was only a day or so which was GREAT!!!!
While customer service was pleasant and prompt, I don't understand how a defect in my vehicle (leaky window) is not a warranty covered repair, especially considering that Crivelli has assigned days when a "water specialist" visits.
