I knew that my.car needed an oil.change, it was time...but being off.work for 3 months, and just getting back to work, my.funds were sparse. I called and told.them.my.concern and it just so happened that I still had 1 more complimentary oil change and didnt know it. I wanted to cry for.the gentleman that talked to.me.put me at ease. I was so.happy that it didnt cost me anything and even washed my car. You have an excellent staff it's more than working there, it's the customer service that's top notch and that is rare these days. If there was a score above 10 it would be 110! Cirvelli for.life! 😊
Brought my car in for annual emissions and inspection and routine maintenance(oil change) I also paid $15 for the expres wash. I was very unsatisfied with the wash. My back seat or floor was not touched with a vacuum. The front floor was vacuumed but not very well. On the outside of my car there was oil splashed up and it was still there when I went to pick it up. I went back in and told them it was still dirty on the drivers side and the guy took my car back. He came back and said he had his guy vacuum the drviers side again. I interrupted him and told him it was the outside that was dirty not the inside and i showed him the oil splash. He went on to tell me that it was tar and it wouldn't come off unless i used a clay bar and took an entire afternoon to clean it off. I know it was oil because it was brown not black. I went home and got a rag with hot water and it wiped right off. So I will not pay to have you guys wash my car again!
The salesman, Matt was wonderful to deal with. He took his time and put a lot of effort to satisfy me as a customer. He was the best car sales person that I ever dealt with. The experience was just great. He did everything possible to meet my needs as a customer. My whole experience with the Crivelli team was excellent. I would certainly recommend the dealership to anyone.
I had my 2010 GMC Terrain 19 days when it broke down. I was told I had no warranty and they wouldn't even put it on the diagnostics machine until I paid $200. I declined, but shortly after my call to General Motors the following Monday I received a call telling me to bring the car in for service. They did an oil consumption test on it and one week later it was back in the shop. They kept it a week to replace pistons and rings. I picked it up and one week later it was towed back to the dealership. That was 17 days ago and I still don't have my car. They tore down the engine and sent the heads to a machine shop. I was supposed to have it back several days ago but that didn't happen. I was given a rental, but I have never been comfortable driving a small car. They put me in a Chevy Spark.
