Kim at the front when you drive your car in ...is amazing.She is so friendly and upbeat.She is the only reason i keep coming back.Everyone else has a sour look on their face except holly she is very friendly to.If they ever leave i will go elsewhere.Others should follow kim and holly and smile and acknowledge and maybe say hi once in awhile.Need lessons on customer interaction.
No matter when I come there or call, I am continually treated as a valued customer. I purchased a car in 2015, a truck in 2016 and then my daughter purchased a vehicle in 2019. The staff in the show room and in the service department continue to provide 100% great service. I travel almost 30 miles each way when I need to go there and it is worth every inch!
I was in for my first oil changed and was supposed to have my first car wash free. So I was offered the express wash for 15 to where they clean everything. My car comes back and I go to get in and leave I notice the carpets weren’t vacuumed so I let someone know they sent it back to be done. I get in my car again and see that the windows aren’t cleaned nothing is wiped down I just left without saying anything I had already been there almost 3 hours I’m confused and not sure what I paid 15 for I’m pretty sure it’s not 15 to vacume !!
The transmission in my Traverse is slipping when shifting in one gear! I was told that there was a " bulletin" on software which needs to be uploaded! A Tech did go for a raod test with me with e device connected to my car! He did detect it and said it was a flsh shift. He uploaded the software according to him and it was ok for about a week the started to slip again! This issue has not been resolved !! Other than this transmision issue I have no complaints!
I've had nothing but issues with the service center with both of my vehicles overcharged for basic service, trying to tack on extra fees, over an hour wait time every time I went, not taking concern for issues brought up about the car seriously the only reason I gave three stars is because the sales team was very kind to me but overall will never come back
