My engine light came on and it was idling rough. I made an appointment online and was greeted by Brian when I got in for my appointment even though I was early. I waited in the waiting room until Brian apprised me of the issue. He explained that there was an issue with pistons. He arranged for me to have a loaner immediately. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I like that when I'm there I am always treated with courtesy and any question I ask is answered. Beth and Amber were great as well!
