My overall experience was good. The service was done promptly. My only gripe of the process is the service manager who checked me in the morning of my appointment didn’t follow up with me when the work was completed. Two recalls were completed and I had a question about how the side mirror task lighting worked. Although I had the technicians report to read, I would recommend that the service manager or one of his service techs go over the repairs and findings. This was something that I would have expected. They were busy that morning but walking away completely satisfied is the customer as well as the dealerships ultimate goal.
