Service advisor and Service Manager very informative.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Crivelli. I had in mind what I wanted and it was on the lot. Corey Mullin steered me right to it and then navigated me around all the new features of the car. He knew his stuff and is fun to be around. Paperwork was simple. I think I got a fair deal.

I was contacted for a follow up on 7/31 cause I was there previously looking for a 2nd vehicle didnt quite find what I wanted in my price range. Meanwhile I was on vacation at camp I was told its the end of the month that I could possibly get a great deal. So im like there's really not anything im interested in but one vehicle but it wasnt really in my price range. So I decided to go and figure I see what deal I can get... so it turns out that I still got the vehicle with no deal.... at first I was presented with a higher msrp than it was listed online then I shown the salesman the online listing and it got changed to that price...at the end of the sale.. again I asked what deal can I get... really didnt seam like they were interested in giving me a deal I shoulda walked away since I had a bad experience from the previous visit. But I really wanted and needed a 2nd vehicle had no trade in and really didnt want to put anything down. So my payments got drug out to 84 months and I had to put money down to make it in my price range then go into finalization of the sale and get all the additional coverage at additional price so I ended up paying another 7k on more coverage which should automatically be included in the price discussed at agreed price so afterwards im enjoying my new vehicle but yet I feel like ive been had...

THING WENT GOOD

The "gentleman" that approached me as I got out of my car, never greeted me, nor did he introduce himself; just asked curtly, "are the keys in it?" When I handed him my keys, he did not respond, just busied himself poking around in my car. I discussed a specific issue regarding my R front tire losing air with the other attendant and attempted to point out an imperfection in the tire wall, no one cared to look, but I was told it was noted. I was later flatly called to the window to pay, no from service had spoken with me at this point. The young lady at the desk appeared disinterested and bored. When I asked what the charges were for, she looked annoyed and matter of factly stated, "tire rotation and an oil change." As I walked out to get my vehicle, I mentioned to service staff that I assumed all was ok with my tire, since no one spoke to me from service. The response was, "oh, I guess, they didn't mention it." I bought my car at your dealership because of the impression the previous line of ads presented the staff and dealership. It appeared that they were truly interested in providing friendly, honest, and quality customer service care. However, with each visit since buying my Trax, I have become less and less interested in continuing to do business with you. As a single woman, who knows nothing about cars, it is scary to think that this type of service is my driving future. I am left disheartened and disappointed with customer service and Crivelli Chevrolet. Boo hiss!!

When my truck broke down I called the service department. They managed to get the truck in the very next day to take a look at it and see what was wrong. They got it fixed in one day, which was good because I am really going to need the truck this time of the year. The service department was very professional, easy to talk to and contacted me when the truck was done so I could pick it up . very good job.

Came In for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter. It was a little expensive 50$ labor to change an air filter, in my opinion that's a bit much .

Great job getting my truck redone. There were only a few details/ issues that I've noticed. I'm picky about my vehicle which I'm sure that they noticed when they were inside of it. 1. Windshield is still smudged up in places. 2. Missing one of my newly just replaced air vent clips. 3. There was a green liquid in / on my drivers rear weather tech floor mat. At first I thought it was green antifreeze, but it don't smell like it, or feel like it. 4. I found a new round sander pader disc in between the console, and my passenger front set. Like i said I'm very picky and wife will confirm.

Great dealership. Kim and Brian take such good care of me and my 23 Colorado. They’re so knowledgeable about vehicles and the repair of them. The dealership is clean and comfortable. My truck was returned to me completely repaired and clean.

My car was inspected and emissions inspection done as well. I had a bad strut that was replaced, new tires put on, and an oil change. They communicated with me about the issues and once I gave approval to fix they got it done in a timely manner. The dealership is clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and everything went great.

Every time I go there they are professional, efficient, courteous I have never had a problem there and as I said before GM should use Crivellis for training other dealerships how to run a service department

As a excellent credit qualified buyer, we were subjected to a 4 hour push back on tv etc advertised promotions for a 2026 truck. On the salesmans quote and finally a mutual cost agreement, the numbers shuffling ended up costing $2,000 over the written example we agreed to. Salesman provided no help with the settings in the vehicle,had to go to another dealer to provided that for us.

Everyone is always so polite there and they explain exactly what your car needs and what is going on.

Our appointment was scheduled for 11am. We were taken early and done quickly. Everyone was so nice and assisted us promptly.
